Indiana Legal Services’ Low-Income LGBT Project
ILS’ Low-income LGBT Project is a statewide direct service program that addresses the disproportionate poverty in the LGBT community. So like all ILS services, it targets issues affecting all poor people, like public benefits, employment, personal safety, and healthcare, and issues more common to this population, like correct identity documents and discrimination.
Services: Legal Representation; Consultation; Advice.
Eligibility: Income up to 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (up to 200% in certain circumstances).
Office hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.

Walk-ins: Emergency only during office hours.
